In high-risk industrial scenarios such as coal mining, power generation, and chemical engineering, the safety and durability of materials are the core keys to ensuring stable production. Traditional metal plates are prone to corrosion and high wear, while ordinary plastic plates have poor flame retardancy and low safety factors, making them difficult to adapt to complex and harsh working conditions. This plate is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as the base material, modified with an environmentally friendly halogen-free flame-retardant system, combining excellent physical properties with safe flame-retardant characteristics. At the same time, the material has inherent self-lubricating properties, with a surface that does not stick to materials or accumulate dirt, effectively solving common production problems such as material blockage and wall sticking in silos and chutes.

In terms of safety performance, the plate meets the national standard B1 level flame-retardant standard and UL94 V-0 flame-retardant rating, achieving self-extinguishing away from fire. It does not drip when burning, produces low smoke and low toxicity, and does not generate harmful gases, making it suitable for enclosed high-risk working environments. With its comprehensive advantages of light weight, durability, safety, and ease of processing, the flame-retardant UHMWPE plate is widely used in scenarios such as underground roadway protection, equipment liners, cable protection, and chemical storage tank linings, providing a solid foundation for industrial safety production with its robust material properties.
