Heavy-duty ultra-high polyethylene sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent wear resistance, impact resistance and self-lubricating properties. At the same time, the addition of high-efficiency flame retardants makes it have good fire resistance, achieving the effect of flame retardancy and self-extinguishing. The ultra-high (usually more than 1.5 million) gives it excellent mechanical strength and resistance to chemical exposure. It is widely used in industries with low-pressure requirements such as coal mining, electricity, and chemicals. As an ideal material for tunnel machine linings, silo linings, fire protection facilities, etc., it combines safety and durability.

1.   Basic performance (inheriting the advantages of UHMWPE)

 ①  Ultra-high wear resistance: The wear resistance is 7 times that of carbon steel and 4 times that of nylon, suitable for high friction environments (such as mines and conveying machinery).

 ②  Strong impact resistance: The impact strength is 5 times that of ABS, impact and smash resistance, and the strength can reach more than 130KL/㎡.

Self-lubricating property: The friction coefficient is extremely low (0.07~0.11), no additional lubrication is required, and it is suitable for oil-free environment.

Chemical stability: Acid, alkali, solvent (except strong oxidizing acid), excellent corrosion resistance.

2.   Flame retardant performance (core advantage)

 ①  Flame retardant grade: Pass UL94 V-0, V-1 or similar standards (such as GB/T 2408), self-extinguishing when away from fire, and inhibiting the spread of flames.

 ②  Antistatic optional: Antistatic agent can be added to some products, and the surface resistance is ≤10⁹Ω to avoid sparks.

▶  Mining and heavy industry

      Mining equipment: used for conveyor linings, chute linings, screen plates, etc., to reduce wear and impact. By adding flame retardants, they meet the flame retardant standards for coal mines and prevent underground fires.

      Conveying system: belt conveyor rollers, guide trough linings, which are both wear-resistant and flame-retardant, extending the life of the equipment.

      Railway transportation: Wear-resistant parts (such as bogie linings) used in subways and high-speed railways, whose flame retardant properties meet the fire protection standards of vehicle materials.

      Shipping and aviation: Cabin partitions and aircraft cargo hold linings, which have both lightweight and flame retardant requirements.

      Fireproof building materials: Fireproof insulation or anti-collision panels used in public places such as gymnasiums and theaters.

      Elevator parts: Elevator guide shoes and buffer pads that meet building fire protection regulations.

▶  Logistics and warehousing

      Shelf lining: protects goods and reduces friction, and flame retardant properties prevent the spread of storage fires.

      Automated conveyor lines: wear-resistant guide rails, chain guide rails, suitable for flammable environments (such as chemical plant warehouses).
