Their applications are wide-ranging, covering food, pharmaceuticals, logistics warehousing, mining, and chemical industries, and are suitable for filling lines, silo linings, and other equipment.
When selecting a model, the operating conditions must be considered. For heavy-duty, high-abrasion applications, virgin materials with a molecular weight of 3.5 million+ can be selected. When installing UHMWPE plastic guide rails, ensure that expansion gaps are allowed. Compared to steel guide rails, they are maintenance-free, corrosion-resistant, and have low noise, significantly reducing operating costs. They are a new type of guiding component that balances efficiency and environmental protection.
